Day 4 – Tuesday:
Arrival in Bodrum at 08:00 AM – Departure at 10:00 PM

Day 5 – Wednesday:
Arrival in Kas at 08:00 AM – Departure at 04:00 PM

Day 6 – Thursday:
Arrival in Alexandria at 08:00 AM – Departure at 05:00 PM
(Egyptian passengers disembark)

Prices: 

Child Policy:
• Infants under 2 years old travel free of charge.
• Children above 2 years old are charged at the same rate as the 3rd passenger.

Departure Port Fees:
Alexandria Port departure fees apply:
• Egyptian Nationals: USD 50
• Non-Egyptians: USD 75

Fees are payable in cash onboard before disembarkation in Alexandria.

Cabin Allocation Terms & Conditions

This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cabin reservations, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and passenger name amendments.

First: Payment Schedule

• Upon signing the contract:
15% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

• 20 days before sailing:
Full payment (100%) must be completed.

Important Note:
To confirm cabin reservations, 15% of the total contract value must be paid within a maximum of 5 days from the agreement signing date to the official bank account.

Second: Release & Cancellation Policy

• Up to 20% of the total cabins may be released free of charge up to 20 days before sailing.

• Any fully confirmed bookings within the final 20 days before departure are subject to the following policy:

• Before 20 days:
  15% cancellation fee applies (deposit amount).

• Within 20 days:
  No refund applies (100% cancellation charges).

Third: Passenger Names & Amendments

• All passenger names must be submitted in full no later than 10 days before sailing.

• Name changes are permitted free of charge before 10 days of departure.

• Any amendments within 10 days before sailing will be subject to the cruise operator’s amendment fees.

We highly recommend securing the required cabins as early as possible, as current rates are subject to allotment availability. Once allocated inventory is sold out, updated rates will apply, which have shown significant increases across online booking channels.
